Booking Policy

Welcome to All Equity Matters, 

All new clients must have an initial consultation before booking any services; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment. By booking an appointment, you understand and agree to our late, cancellation, and no-show policy and agree to be financially responsible for any charges resulting from late, last-minute canceling, or not showing up to your appointment.   

• Late Policy

              We ask that you please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full appointment time. If    

              you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may have to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. 

• Cancellation Policy

              If you need to cancel your appointment, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can offer your scheduled date and time to another client. If 

              you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s)   

              cost.

• No-show Policy

              If you fail to cancel and do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s).
